1. About these Terms
These Terms govern mediamarvels.in and Media Marvels services, including music discovery, The Marvels Magazine, promotional campaigns, paid website placements, artist and creator listings, and event bookings where offered. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Essdee Digital Marketing, operating Media Marvels; “you” includes visitors, customers, artists and authorised representatives. Contact: mediamarvels5@gmail.com. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. Review the package description and total price before placing an order. Mandatory legal rights take priority over any conflicting clause.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting to purchase or sell services, or act through a lawful authorised adult. Provide accurate contact, billing and profile information and maintain account security. You are responsible for activity you authorise and must promptly report unauthorised access. An agent, label or manager submitting content must have the relevant artist's authority.
3. Orders, prices and payments
The selected package, quantity, targeting, duration, deliverables, discounts and applicable taxes displayed at checkout define the order. Prices may change for future purchases. Adding to cart is not a reservation or confirmation. An order remains subject to successful payment verification, lawful content and service availability. Payments are processed through the enabled third-party gateway and its applicable terms; a debit alone does not prove order confirmation. Keep your order and transaction reference. We will investigate duplicate, incorrect or unrecognised charges and correct or refund confirmed errors. We do not ask for your card PIN, banking password or OTP.
4. Campaign delivery and start
Campaign services may include YouTube advertising, Spotify promotional outreach or playlisting, Instagram promotions, and other campaigns specifically sold as such. Provide valid public links, approved creative assets, necessary rights and requested targeting information. We will identify missing requirements promptly. The seven-working-day campaign start period is calculated as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A campaign starts when actual advertising or the purchased promotional activity begins and can be supported by a live placement, platform delivery record or dated service evidence. Payment verification, internal preparation or an internal approval status alone is not a start. A start is distinct from completion: delivery duration and quantities follow the purchased package. Material changes to deliverables require your agreement.
5. Website display placements
Media Marvels Placement, homepage banners, sponsored features and the display of YouTube videos, Spotify playlists or Spotify music links on our own website purchase only the stated on-site display for the booked duration. They do not purchase placement on Spotify's own playlists or YouTube's own recommendations. The display period begins when the approved placement becomes publicly visible, unless an expressly agreed schedule states otherwise. Sponsored content may be labelled. These bookings are non-refundable for change of mind and are excluded from the campaign-delay guarantee, subject to the legal and non-delivery safeguards in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payment does not influence independently reported trend positions or guarantee editorial coverage.
6. Artist membership and moderation
An artist profile membership purchases the listing service and duration described in the selected plan, subject to moderation, accurate information and lawful content. It is non-refundable for change of mind, lack of enquiries or dissatisfaction with commercial results, subject to mandatory rights and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Membership does not guarantee jobs, enquiries, income, verification, search-engine indexing, ranking or endorsement. Profiles may require approval and may be corrected, suspended or removed for impersonation, infringement, fraud or other material breaches. No automatic renewal or recurring charge is authorised merely by buying a fixed-duration plan; any recurring mandate must be separately disclosed and accepted.
7. Independent artists and collaborations
Listed artists and creators act independently. Listing, subscription, moderation, approval or a profile badge is not a guarantee of identity, competence, solvency, reliability or work quality. Unless Media Marvels expressly signs a separate agreement as a contracting party, we are not a party, employer, agent, guarantor or escrow provider for direct discussions or collaborations between users and artists. You must independently verify credentials and agree in writing on scope, fees, advances, payment milestones, delivery, revisions, cancellation, credits, licences and ownership. Direct payments, payment exchanges, negotiations, missed deadlines, deficient work, rights disputes and other obligations under those independent arrangements are the responsibility of the contracting parties. Media Marvels does not guarantee recovery of money sent to a listed artist and is not responsible for those parties' acts or omissions to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude responsibility for our own services, fraud or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Report suspected misuse to our support email.
8. Results and external platforms
We provide the deliverables expressly sold; we do not guarantee virality, revenue, royalties, followers, engagement, retained streams, editorial inclusion, monetisation eligibility or chart and search positions unless a particular lawful deliverable is expressly committed in the order. Estimates must not be read as guaranteed outcomes. Platform reporting may use different definitions and may remove invalid activity. Website clicks and impressions are not proof of a Spotify stream or YouTube view. Spotify, YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, Apple, Amazon and other third parties control their own approvals, policies and services. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless explicitly stated. External links and artist claims do not constitute our endorsement. We do not authorise bots, fake engagement, infringement or conduct that violates platform rules.
9. Content rights and acceptable use
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and use submitted names, artwork, links and promotional materials only as reasonably needed to operate your profile, fulfil the order and publicise the purchased campaign during its service period. You warrant that you hold the necessary copyright, trademark, performer, image and other permissions. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing or malicious material, impersonate others, scrape personal data, compromise security or abuse the service. We may request evidence, moderate content and suspend unlawful activity. Suspension does not automatically forfeit any refund required by law. Our branding, original site content and software remain protected; third-party materials belong to their owners.
10. Magazine, discovery and events
News, charts, source links and editorial content are for general information; dates, availability and rankings can change. Sponsored material is distinct from independent editorial coverage. Report corrections or rights concerns with the relevant URL and supporting details. For tickets sold through Media Marvels, the checkout must identify the event, organiser, price and event-specific cancellation terms. External ticket links are governed by the external seller's terms. The promotional campaign start guarantee does not govern event tickets. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, applicable law and the disclosed event terms determine the remedy; this clause does not excuse our own failure to supply a paid booking.
11. Service availability, liability and indemnity
We use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party services. We may maintain, update or suspend the site for operational, security or lawful reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity; our aggregate liability for a claim concerning our paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. These limits do not restrict mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot be excluded. You are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for substantiated third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from your unlawful content, infringement or material breach; this does not cover losses caused by our own wrongdoing.
12. Complaints, law and changes
For order, refund, content or account complaints email mediamarvels5@gmail.com with the relevant references and evidence. We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, or sooner where law requires. Indian law governs, without limiting the consumer's right to approach a competent consumer commission or other lawful forum. We may revise these Terms prospectively by publishing an updated date. The version accepted for a paid order governs that order unless you agree to a lawful change or law requires otherwise. An unenforceable clause does not invalidate the remainder. No clause waives a right that applicable law makes non-waivable. See /policies/refunds and /policies/privacy.
