1. Scope and responsibility
This Policy explains how Essdee Digital Marketing, operating Media Marvels, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through our website, accounts, artist directory, promotional campaigns, memberships, magazine, support and event-booking features where offered. It covers information we handle, not the independent practices of artists, external websites, payment providers or social platforms. The Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy address purchases and contractual obligations; this Policy addresses personal information. Applicable law takes priority over conflicting provisions.
2. Information you provide
Account and contact information may include your name, email, mobile number, password credentials, city, state, country, postal code, address and account preferences, depending on the form you use. Artist information may include your professional name, biography, categories, photographs, banners, public music and social links, notable work, gigs, rates, availability and collaboration contact details. Campaign and membership records may include your brief, creative files, track or video links, selected packages, targeting, duration, moderation decisions and service communications. For ticket bookings we may collect purchaser and attendee details, contact information, ticket quantity, booking references and delivery preferences. We also retain information you send in enquiries, complaints, refund requests, public comments or rights notices. Do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, medical information or other sensitive documents unless we specifically require them for a lawful, explained purpose through an appropriate channel. Do not send banking passwords, PINs or OTPs.
3. Payments and transaction records
The payment gateway you select processes payment credentials under its own privacy and security terms. We receive order and transaction references, amounts, payment method or status information, refund records and limited payment metadata needed to reconcile transactions, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. A gateway may provide masked instrument details. Full card credentials, CVVs, banking passwords and OTPs are not required in Media Marvels support requests. Invoices, payment records and dispute evidence may be retained to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. We do not access your bank account merely because you purchase a service.
4. Social sign-in and linked platforms
If you choose a supported social login, we receive the identity information the provider authorises, such as your provider identifier, name, email and profile image where supplied. We use it to authenticate or link your account; we do not receive your social account password. Artist links and public platform information may be used to obtain available artwork or professional metadata for profiles and discovery listings. Linking a Spotify or YouTube URL does not grant us access to your private listening history, private messages or unrelated account information. Provider permissions and availability govern any integration; review the provider's own policy and consent screen.
5. Technical information and account activity
Requests to the website can disclose an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referral information and timestamps to our hosting and security systems. We may keep authentication, account activity, administrative audit, error and security records to operate the service, investigate misuse and support orders. These operational records are separate from optional audience measurement. We do not promise that all server or security logs are anonymous. Session and security technologies help maintain login, cart contents, form protection and saved consent choices.
6. Cookies and optional measurement
Essential session and security cookies support accounts, checkout, form protection and your privacy choices. Optional measurement records page visits, campaign impressions, outbound link clicks, referring hostname, device category and timestamps when allowed. Our first-party analytics uses a daily pseudonymous visitor identifier; raw IP addresses are not stored in those analytics tables. Pseudonymous information is not the same as fully anonymous information. Our measurement code honours the recognised Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals it checks. Hosting and security logs may still be processed separately for essential purposes. Where Google Analytics is configured and you allow measurement, Google may receive page paths, referral origin, browser/device and online identifier information through its service. The site's current integration disables advertising personalisation signals; this Policy does not authorise unrelated advertising tracking. Choose Allow measurement or Decline in the banner. You can withdraw optional measurement consent using Disable measurement on this page. Browser cookie controls can also remove or block cookies, although essential features may stop working. Withdrawing consent does not reverse lawful processing already completed. Campaign reports show aggregate website activity; a link click does not prove a stream, video view, follower or purchase on another platform.
7. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, manage profiles and moderation, provide purchased campaigns and memberships, process orders and refunds, issue and deliver tickets, answer support requests, maintain service records, detect fraud, protect legal rights and comply with applicable obligations. Optional analytics helps us understand site use and report campaign activity when allowed. The permission or other lawful basis required depends on the data and purpose under applicable law. We will request additional permission where required for a new optional purpose. Using the site is not blanket consent to every future use. Refusing optional measurement does not prevent ordinary browsing; declining information essential for an order or account may prevent us from providing that particular service.
8. Public profiles, comments and artist contact
Information submitted for public display, including an approved artist profile, artwork, professional links, published rates or gigs and public comments, may be visible worldwide, indexed by search engines and copied or shared by others. Check a form's public-field labels before publishing and only include professional contact details you intend others to use. Account, billing and address details are not intended to become public merely because you register. Contact information you deliberately include in a public biography or listing can nevertheless be exposed. Removing information from our site does not instantly remove search caches or third-party copies. Ask us to correct or remove unintended exposure. If you contact an artist through an external link, email or social account, that artist or service handles the information you provide independently. We do not control direct conversations or independently agreed work and payments. Share only what is necessary and verify the recipient. Our own privacy responsibilities remain unaffected.
9. Recipients and service providers
Access may be given to authorised staff, administrators and service providers who need it for the relevant purpose, including hosting, storage, maintenance, security, payment processing, analytics where permitted and communication or ticket delivery. Where you request an external promotional campaign, the selected platform or fulfilment provider may receive the campaign assets, public links, targeting instructions and necessary contact or order information. An organiser or delivery provider may receive the booking details necessary to fulfil a ticket order; where you choose WhatsApp delivery, the delivery service processes the relevant phone number and message. Features and recipients depend on the service you select. We seek to limit disclosure to what is necessary and require appropriate protection where we engage processors. Our policy is not to sell personal account or billing information. We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to a lawful request, investigate fraud or protect rights and safety. In a genuine business transfer, information may transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice where required.
10. External content, tools and international processing
Following an external link or loading embedded third-party content can disclose technical information to that provider. Spotify, YouTube, Google, Meta/Instagram, social-login providers, ticket sellers and payment gateways operate under their own policies. A location link may open a mapping service. A third party's use is not controlled by this Policy. Some hosting, payment, analytics or communication providers may process data outside India. We apply legally required restrictions and safeguards to such transfers; we do not guarantee India-only storage. If an AI-assisted feature is offered, avoid placing unnecessary personal or confidential information in its prompt; before any new processing requiring separate notice or consent, we will provide it. This Policy does not grant unrestricted permission to use private account, payment or identity data to train AI models.
11. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose or required by applicable law. Account and service records may remain while your account is active and afterwards as needed for outstanding orders, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting or legal duties. Public profile content may remain until removal, expiry or moderation under the service terms. First-party campaign analytics has a configured retention period of 90 days; deletion depends on the scheduled retention process. Separate Google Analytics, security logs and provider backups have their own configured retention periods. Restricted backups may persist for their backup cycle. On a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify information no longer required and explain any lawful retention exception. Aggregated data that no longer identifies anyone may be retained for statistics.
12. Security and incidents
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information, including account access restrictions, authentication controls and secure transport where available. No internet service or transmission is completely secure. Protect your login credentials, sign out on shared devices and report suspected compromise promptly. We investigate suspected incidents and make notifications to affected people or authorities where applicable law requires. This Policy is not a guarantee against every unauthorised access or loss.
13. Your choices and privacy requests
Email mediamarvels5@gmail.com to request access to information we hold about you, correction, account or profile deletion, withdrawal of consent, or an explanation of processing and sharing. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law in force and the circumstances; we will honour rights available to you and explain any lawful refusal or limitation. You may also update information using available account/profile controls. We may reasonably verify your identity or authority before acting, without asking for more data than needed. Withdrawal may affect a service that needs the relevant information, but does not automatically cancel an order or create a refund entitlement. We may retain legally required records. You can decline optional marketing messages, if offered, using the opt-out provided or by contacting us; essential order, security and legal notices may continue. You may raise a grievance with the officer below and approach the competent authority or forum where applicable law permits.
14. Children and information about others
Our account, purchasing and professional collaboration services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information for these services. A parent or lawful guardian who believes a child has supplied information should contact us so we can assess removal or another legally required response. Do not publish another person's private information, photographs or identity documents without authority and an appropriate lawful basis. Representatives submitting an artist's information must have the necessary permission and provide this notice where required.

Changes do not retrospectively legitimise incompatible use of information. This Policy is subject to Indian law and applicable privacy obligations as they come into force.
